The deep drawn fry pot is removable and made of stainless steel for strength, durability and long life. Fry pot is easily removable and holds 15 pounds of oil. Oil temperature is operated by a positive off, adjustable, snap-action thermostat that ranges from 200°F to 375°F. A manual reset safety thermostat shuts the heating element power should an over temperature occur.
