Fat Daddio's PSF-93 Round Springform Pan allows room for adding topping while the cheesecake, upside down cake or streusel cake are still in the pan. Made of Anodized aluminum the pan heats faster and cools quicker than traditional aluminum pans. The springform pan has an even wall thickness for even heating as well. The pedestal base design provides an ideal seal every time while also doubling as a cake stand. The latch and buckle are both made of commercial stainless steel. The springform pan is freezer safe and oven safe up to 550°F. Fat Daddio"s springform pans can be used for any cake batter as well as stuffed pizza, bread pudding, brownies and tarts. This product measures at 3 inches deep with a 9 inch diameter.
